About Me
Caring for women’s health, especially fertility, is at the heart of my life’s work.
My journey into Chinese Medicine began with a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection. Before becoming a practitioner, I was drawn to Buddhist philosophy and practised Zazen meditation for many years — learning the power of presence, stillness, and compassion.
I later trained as a certified and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, completing:
-
4 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Broshim College
-
A postgraduate program specializing in fertility and gynecology
-
A 2-year program in Japanese Acupuncture (Kiiko Matsumoto style)
-
Advanced training in integrative oncology at Belinson Hospita
Over the years, I have had the privilege of accompanying women through the many transitions of life: fertility and conception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and oncology support. Each stage of life brings its own challenges, and I am here to help women find balance, resilience, and renewed trust in their bodies.
My Approach
I believe that most women are not truly “infertile” — but rather out of balance. Modern life brings constant stress, perfectionism, and pressure that can disrupt hormonal balance, menstrual health, and fertility. By restoring harmony in both body and mind, the path to pregnancy can open naturally or in support of IVF. My focus is on fertility acupuncture, IVF support, and women’s hormonal health, while also addressing male fertility and other key aspects of women’s wellness. Through acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and holistic mind-body care approach, I support:
-
Fertility & IVF preparation: regulating cycles, enhancing uterine lining, improving egg quality
-
Hormonal balance: treating irregular cycles, PMS, and menopause transitions
-
Fertility conditions: PCOS, endometriosis, and low ovarian reserve
-
Male fertility: improving sperm quality, motility, and overall vitality
-
Oncology support: easing treatment side effects, strengthening the immune system,
-
Supporting quality of life during and after therapy
-
Emotional wellbeing: reducing stress and restoring confidence in your body
Treatments are gentle, supportive, and always in tune with the body, never against it. I see
nature itself as our greatest ally, allowing healing and transformation to unfold naturally, with
balance, hope, and renewed trust in the body.
