About Me
Women's health is my passion and calling; particularly working with patients for their conception, pregnancy, and postpartum care. Maintaining and restoring the balance of a woman's body is at the heart of my diagnosis and treatment.
I am a certified, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. My professional education includes a 4-year study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a postgraduate program specializing in fertility and gynecology, as well as a 2-year program of Japanese Acupuncture. I have also received training in integrative oncology at Belinson Hospital.
The thoughtful view of emotions and the mind-body connection inspired me to study Chinese Medicine. Before discovering my passion, I was interested in Buddhist philosophy and had been practicing Zazen meditation for many years.

My Treatments
Acupuncture
Originating in China and practiced for centuries, acupuncture is a safe, gentle drug-free therapy that effectively promotes wellness by enhancing the body's natural ability to heal itself.
I work with adults and teenagers for a variety of conditions:
infertility/preparation for IVF/menopause/support for Oncological treatments/digestive /stress/anxiety/depression/Allergies/ headaches/Orthopedic and Pain management
While acupuncture balances the body's energies through the external application of needles, herbs harmonize the body's internal energies. Herbs are a safe and natural treatment for many common health conditions.
In my clinic I diagnose the patient's unique pattern and create a custom herbal blend that treats the problem. The process is dynamic one and the herbs are adjusted as the situation changes.
In addition to Chinese herbs, Eastern nutrition is also an inseparable part of Chinese medicine. It teaches that depending on constitution, lifestyle, environment and season, each person requires a unique diet to promote balance within the body. Eastern nutrition draws from the Five Elements in Chinese medicine to satisfy individual dietary needs.
Relieve pain, boost immunity, and aid digestion with this ancient healing therapy. This treatment helps regulate blood circulation to relieve pain and inflammation. This can serve as a strand alone treatment in cases of orthopedic pain, injury, insomnia, and cold/flu symptoms. cupping can also be combined with an acupuncture treatment for a synergistic effect.
